¿What is ThePower Business School?
ThePower Business School is a revolutionary business school whose mission is to democratize and offer a top quality updated business education on a global scale. At the end of 2022, more than 100k students and 600 businesses have put their trust in us to learn about the latest business news (for example, digital marketing, coding or sales) with the collaboration of big stars such as, the co-founders of YouTube, Waze, Tesla, Shazam, Whole Foods or Cirque du Soleil, among others.

TasksMain responsibilities:
- Carry the end-to-end search process for candidates in different departments and roles.
- Create and publish job descriptions.
- Filtering and interviewing candidates.
- Create a pipeline of candidates for future roles.
- Advise and guide hiring managers during the hiring process.
- Active search of candidates using different tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Follow up with candidates.
- Implement changes in the process where necessary.
- Other ad hoc activities.
Who we are looking for:
- High level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- Studies related to Psychology, Human Resources, Talent Management, or something related to this field.
- Around 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Have very good organizational skills.
- Be able to work independently (this is extremely important).
- Be proactive.
What we offer:
- Indefinite contract after a 6-month trial period.
- Working place: hybrid, we do have a coworking space in Madrid city center and you can also have remote working days.
- Working hours: 39 hours per week – schedule Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Fridays 8am to 3pm.
